Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • A valid card is required to hold your appointment, but you will not be charged at the time of booking.

  • Late cancellations (under 12 hours) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be cancelled and the no-show fee will apply

Short-notice cancellations make it difficult to offer that spot to another client, so this policy helps keep the schedule running smoothly. If keeping a card on file is a barrier to booking, please reach out via email. We're happy to work with you.
